Each step lists what to do, then the choices that lead on. In the app the algorithm is tapped through one decision at a time.

1 HR under 60 with poor perfusion?

  • Support airway and breathing; oxygen; monitor
  • Hypoxia is the most common cause

Yes, despite oxygenation and ventilation → step 2No → step 3

2 Start CPR

  • CPR if HR under 60 with poor perfusion despite ventilation
  • Epinephrine 0.01 mg/kg every 3–5 minutes
  • Atropine 0.02 mg/kg (min 0.1 mg, max 0.5 mg) for vagal cause or primary AV block
  • Consider pacing

3 Monitor and find the cause
